What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze customer behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the OMS and Consumer Experience platforms.
Translate customer needs into product requirements: Clearly define and document user needs and translate them into actionable product specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with product and engineering: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to ensure smooth product development and launch.
Analyze data: Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product performance, and inform product decisions.
Contribute to product strategy: Assist in developing and refining the product roadmap for OMS and Consumer Experience, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Stay informed: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices in order management and consumer experience.
Become an expert: learn our products inside and out and become the go-to person for all things product
What You’ll Need:
2+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Management Consulting or similar customer-facing or analytical role, preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions. Ideally with experience in SQL, BI tools, and other analytical tools.
A passion for technology and its impact on the supply chain.
Customer-centric approach: Demonstrated passion for understanding and solving customer needs.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Someone who can articulate user needs, business value of products, and also get into the technical details with engineers.
