Trial Library is seeking a Provider Partnerships Lead to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and activating healthcare providers nationwide. This role is quota-carrying and requires a strong background in lead generations, cold outreach, and pipeline development & management. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, metrics driven, and experienced in using CRM tools to manage outreach activities and conversion rates. You will play a critical role in expanding Trial Library’s provider network to support oncology clinical trial access. Success in this role will be measured by qualified provider activations, outreach volume, and conversion metrics.
As the Provider Partnerships Lead, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Customer Success Lead, and Associate Director of Operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to healthcare providers to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective provider partners across targeted US regions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for outreach activity and provider activations.
  • Develop personalized messaging and value propositions to engage providers effectively.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess alignment with Trial Library’s clinical trial initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, lead stages, and communications in the CRM (ie. Monday.com)
  • Analyze outreach metrics and conversion rates to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Stay informed on trends in oncology, clinical trials, and provider dynamics to prioritize outreach and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with trial availability, provider capacity, and expansion goals.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in the healthcare or oncology field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets, with data driven examples of outreach volume, conversion rates, and activation success.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Experience engaging healthcare providers, with a preference for oncology, research, or clinical trial settings.
  • Understanding of clinical research and pharmaceutical industry including diversity-focused initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive, self-motivated approach to outreach.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission driven startup environment.
