We work with community oncology sites, patients, and industry partners to ensure that clinical research is accessible, navigable, and inclusive.
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our design team. This person will report to our Lead Product Designer, playing a key role in creating cohesive brand experiences and user-centered design solutions across Trial Library's suite of applications. You'll be responsible for developing brand materials, marketing assets, and supporting product design initiatives while growing your product design skills through mentorship and hands-on experience. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clinical trial accessibility while developing expertise in both brand and product design. This position is critical to maintaining the highest quality standards as we work towards our company mission.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and maintain consistent brand materials, including marketing collateral, presentations, and external-facing communications
- Create visual assets for web applications, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Designer on user interface design for clinical trial matching, internal platforms, and new product initiatives
- Support product design research initiatives, including user interviews and usability testing
- Work closely with frontend engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to design strategy discussions
- Support marketing initiatives with branded content and visual storytelling
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Product Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and brand development experience
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Experience with user-centered design principles and basic UX methodologies
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest in growing product design skills through mentorship and hands-on experience
- Experience with healthcare tech or clinical trials is a significant plus
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
