As the AI Transformation Manager you will lead the charge in reimagining how artificial intelligence can transform HR and beyond, creating intuitive, personalized, and human-centered experiences at scale.
This role blends visionary thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll architect the AI strategy for HR, partner across functions to embed intelligence into every stage of the employee lifecycle, and ensure each solution is ethical, transparent, and built for trust. From AI-powered interactions that make employees feel seen and supported to predictive insights that shape workforce planning, you will help define the future workplace.
What we do
The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is part of the Human Resources organization. The HRIS team is responsible for the administration, and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient management of employee data and HR processes.
What you’ll do
Vision & Leadership
Define the enterprise HR AI vision and roadmap, inspiring stakeholders with a clear picture of what’s possible.
Operate with autonomy to scope, prioritize, and drive initiatives through to completion.
Position HR as a leader in the responsible and creative use of AI across the business.
Represent the voice of the employee in cross-functional AI initiatives, ensuring the human experience is at the heart of every design decision.
Establish ethical AI practices, governance structures, and data privacy frameworks that set the standard for trust.
AI-Driven Experience Design
Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can radically improve HR service delivery, personalization, and decision-making.
Translate complex business challenges into innovative AI use cases—spanning recruiting, onboarding, learning, engagement, performance, and workforce analytics.
Build next-generation tools such as intelligent chat assistants, adaptive learning experiences, sentiment analysis platforms, and predictive workforce planning models.
Integrate AI into platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, recruiting systems, and engagement tools with a focus on seamless, intuitive user experiences.
Develop AI-powered dashboards and insights that move beyond reporting—forecasting trends, identifying risks, and enabling proactive decision-making.
Use predictive and prescriptive analytics to inform talent strategies and business planning.
Deliver training and resources that empower teams to leverage AI with confidence.

What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of HR technology experience, with at least 2 years leading AI/automation initiatives.
Track record of delivering transformative AI solutions that elevate both efficiency and human connection.
Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Proficiency in generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning concepts
Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with API integrations, automation scripting and advanced data visualization tools.
Experience driving large-scale change management in technology transformations.
Background in policy design and documentation, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
Experience planning and rolling out training programs to support adoption of new systems, policies, and processes.
Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days per week in office) based in Wilmington, MA office
Our Environment
Up to 10% travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
