What we need
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven SAP EPM and Analytics Manager to join our team. In this high-impact, high-visible role, you'll lead the charge in transforming complex business data into clear, actionable insights that drive business success. You will play a critical part in managing the entire financial reporting lifecycle, from the upkeep of financial consolidation systems to supporting month-end close cycles and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. You'll also be responsible for developing and optimizing our financial planning and reporting tools, helping business teams automate their analytics needs. What you’ll do
Lead and Develop a Team: Guide and mentor a team of EPM and SAP analytics professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring their success.
Manage and Optimize Systems: Oversee our SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Group Reporting solutions to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Drive Data-Driven Insights: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-impact financial reports, dashboards, and planning models.
Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity and governance across all EPM and SAP analytics platforms.
Champion Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to continually improve our financial reporting and planning processes, from consolidation to final reporting.
What you’ll need
Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field is required. Relevant experience can be substituted for a degree in other fields.
Minimum of 10 years of experience focused on Financial Consolidations and Financial Planning applications.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with business data modeling and creating cross-functional analytics applications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing a team and participating in succession planning.
Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Group Reporting. Proficiency in data integration from SAP to other platforms like Snowflake or Google Cloud. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau is essential.
Problem-Solving: The ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and automate analytical requirements.
Leadership: A proven track record of mentoring and developing a team, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Our environment
Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
