As the Head of Program Management at Whisper Aero, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple key projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that our projects align with our strategic objectives and are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the program management office, setting its strategy and objectives in line with the company’s overall goals.
• Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing projects, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities.
• Develop and implement program and project management standards and processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
• Work closely with project managers and other department heads to ensure effective collaboration and communication on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including project risks, issues, dependencies, and successes, to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the project management team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in project delivery.
