We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who is seeking new challenges and wants to make their mark by contributing to the design and upkeep of an exciting start-up.

Our solution is very unique in our support of:

•any type of application as a virtual machine or container, all running concurrently

•any type of hardware platform (ARM or x86)

•and securely with hardware root of trust

Things you will do:

•Build, design, and support ZEDEDA’s cloud-based infrastructure

•Support 24/7 operations of ZEDEDA’s SaaS service

•Influence future product features and requirements

•Contribute to existing documentation

•Participate in on-call rotation

Your skills and experience will include:

•5 to 10 years supporting large scale, distributed installations

•Ansible

•Apache Cassandra

•Apache Kafka

•Experience operating service in a multi-Cloud environment - AWS and Azure primarily

•Docker

•Kubernetes

•Python

•Terraform

•Participating in and contributing to agile methodologies and best practices

•Articulate and personable with strong spoken and written language abilities.

•You engender a sense of mentoring and knowledge sharing amongst your team, hence creating a synergistic learning environment.

•Experience working and collaborating with a distributed SRE and Engineering team

•Self-motivated and sensitive about on-time delivery

•Experience with: Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines, DBA and Open Source Software Development
