ZEDEDA is looking for a technical product marketing writer contractor. This person would be responsible for creating various types of collateral including blogs, use cases, solution briefs and whitepapers.

They would also be responsible for doing the associated research and collaboration (internal and external) to gather the necessary background knowledge and data to create these documents. They will work on requirements like content strategy and will need to learn our products to ensure they have the necessary understanding to properly create the associated collateral.

Responsibilities:

· Producing high-quality collateral containing user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, and that meets organizational standards

· Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

· Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of edge computing, IoT, networking, security, or cloud infrastructure

· Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

· Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter

· 5 years experience in technical product marketing

· Four year degree in a technical field, marketing, communications, or a related field

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google DocsKnowledge of design software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, is a plus.
