The position involves algorithm design, software implementation, integration and testing for high-performance multi-agent prediction and planning methods. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with and contribute to a team developing state-of-the-art decision making methods for a fleet of fully autonomous vehicles operating in complex dense urban environments. The focus would be in pickup and drop-off behaviors.
Technical Qualifications & Language Requirements
- Senior B.S., M.S., or PhD Candidate in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with C++
- Strong geometric reasoning
- Strong intuition with kinematics
- Experience with behavioral planning algorithms or robotics
The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
