The Employee Engagement Intern will be part of our Employee Comms and Engagement team, working closely with our People & Culture Programs leader. This role will support our core People Programs at Zoox, such as our Employer Brand Program, Wellness Program, Recognition Program, Swag Program, Cultural Months, etc. They will have well-defined projects quarter-over-quarter based on the key People Program’s we’re supporting during that period.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
- Strong writing and copywriting skills
- Experience with project management
- Ability to analyze data and extract insights
- Enjoy working with dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
The monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $7,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
