Senior/Staff Studio Engineer, Robot Industrial Design
Zoox
At Zoox, we believe that Robot Industrial Design transcends mere aesthetic styling—it's about innovative systems thinking, captivating storytelling, and groundbreaking world-building. We are a team of visionaries driven by the belief that design has the power to fundamentally transform how people navigate their environments. Starting from first principles, we are pioneering a new category of mobility that is autonomous, human-centered, and conceived entirely from the ground up.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Engineer to join our forward-thinking team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Zoox's autonomous vehicle design. As a Studio Engineer at Zoox, you’ll not only lead collaborations across our design and engineering teams, but you will also be at the forefront of transforming imaginative concepts into functional, production-ready products. Here, we break free from legacy constraints, instead embracing first-principles problem-solving to rethink assumptions and create revolutionary solutions. This is an incredible opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic design process where your contributions will ensure our vehicles are not only visually stunning but also exceed our rigorous standards for safety, performance, and functionality. If you’re driven by innovation and eager to make a meaningful impact on the future of mobility, we invite you to join us and help shape a new era of transportation. Together, let’s redefine how the world moves.
In this role, you will...
