In this role, you will be responsible for driving key strategic decisions in what could become a $10T global market for personal mobility. You will structure solutions to complex problems, perform deep data-driven analytics, generate insights, & then build cross-functional consensus among the senior management team to enable focused execution.

You will be joining a diverse group of industry leaders & makers, where team success is as important as individual contributions. If you are excited about solving difficult problems and the opportunity to help define what an autonomous vehicle can be, we want to hear from you!

In this role you will:

  • You will support critical corporate strategy workstreams on key questions for the senior leadership team. Key focus areas will include market expansion analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term financial modeling.

  • Conduct analysis of operational and financial datasets to identify underlying trends. You will be responsible for translating raw data into high-impact strategic recommendations.

  • Highly analytical—you must be proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL required) and experienced in synthesizing large-scale datasets into actionable executive insights.
  • Proven ability to transform complex analytical findings into cohesive, persuasive narratives. You should excel at using data to build a "case for change" that drives organizational decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be adept at distilling complex technical findings for non-technical audiences and crafting compelling narratives for senior management.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, Databricks or other advanced data analytics tools.
  • Prior professional or project-based experience within the Ride-hail or Autonomous Vehicle, transportation, or broader mobility sectors.
  • Proven experience operating within high-growth technology environments, particularly during phases of rapid organizational scaling.
