Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies make rockets, jets, and satellites 10x faster and 2x cheaper. Our CEO, Chris Power, discusses the importance of what we're building in this video.

We are a lean but mighty team (and growing!) people that are passionate about building critical infrastructure to support the nation and the advancement of humanity.

We've raised >$200m to achieve this vision, with multiple rounds from Lux Capital, A16Z, Founders Fund, Construct Capital, Caffeinated Capital and more.

We use AI and Robotics to automate and scale factories that are globally cost competitive and future-proof from the dramatic skilled labor shortage that is facing the Advanced Industrial Base.

Hadrian works with startups, Primes and Tier 1/2s in all markets to cost-down, scale or otherwise enable them to hit production rates on critical programs in Rocketry, Satellites, Shipbuilding, Commercial and Military aircraft and other core, mission critical industries.

  • Discreet and Professional: Handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.

  • Self-Sufficient and Dependable: Works independently and serves as a trusted point of contact for executives, internal teams, and external partners.

  • Relevant Education: A degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Experience in law, public policy, or corporate governance is a plus.

  • Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar high-level administrative role is highly desirable.

  • Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. business compliance, contract management, and procurement processes is advantageous.

  • Financial Management: Assists with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to company policies.

  • Communication: Manages correspondence, drafts reports and presentations, liaises with stakeholders, and ensures seamless coordination across departments.

  • Project Management: Oversees executive-level projects, meeting deadlines and managing deliverables effectively.

  • Organizational Efficiency: Implements systems to enhance productivity, streamline workflow, and support business operations.

  • Time Management: Prioritizes competing demands, ensuring executives stay on schedule with meetings, deadlines, and commitments.

  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjusts to shifting priorities with ease.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactively addresses logistical, operational, and administrative challenges with a hands-on approach.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all documentation, scheduling, and correspondence.

What will set you apart:

  • Exceptional Communicator: A confident and polished public speaker with the ability to represent executives professionally in meetings, presentations, and high-profile engagements.

  • Master of Organization: Highly skilled in managing schedules, coordinating complex logistics, and implementing systems that enhance executive and team efficiency.

  • Engaging Facilitator: Comfortable working with large groups, leading discussions, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

  • People-Oriented: Approachable, inclusive, and committed to building strong relationships that support individual and team success.
