At Inductive Bio we’re tackling the challenge of making drug discovery more efficient. Chemists spend countless hours combining data, expertise, and intuition to create new molecules that are effective, safe, and work well in the human body. It’s a slow, complex process, and the patients are the ones left waiting. At Inductive Bio, we’re building an intuitive, collaborative platform, powered by state-of-the-art AI to help accelerate this process.

Our platform is already being used on dozens of active drug discovery programs, and adoption is rapidly growing. We are backed by leading investors at the intersection of technology and biotechnology, and our team includes world-class technology and drug discovery experts.

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead our company’s role in a large-scale, cross-organizational research initiative involving 10 firms in the biotech and technology sectors. The goal is to develop a cutting-edge, in silico simulation platform to replace animal testing in drug development.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience managing high-impact research programs, particularly in ARPA-style environments (e.g., DARPA, IARPA). You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, manage complex workflows, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely and successful delivery of project goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ARPA-H and external stakeholders

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, timelines, deliverables, and communications for the program

  • Track and report on milestones, performance, and budgets ensuring compliance and transparency with ARPA-H requirements

  • Lead the development of key program reports and ensure the timely submission of deliverables while coordinating regular status meetings and strategic reviews

  • Work cross-functionally with Inductive Bio’s leadership, partnerships, engineering, and product teams to align on strategy and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Who you are:

  • Bachelors Degree in addition to 5+ years of experience managing complex R&D programs with government funding, ideally within ARPA environments (DARPA, IARPA, etc.)

  • Strong background in life sciences or computational fields (drug development, molecular biology, computational modeling)

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to lead cross-organizational projects involving both technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact program with a collaborative mindset
