As one of our Senior Account Executives, you'll directly impact Onaroll's mission to celebrate shift workers.
You will be responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition of new customers, and will assit/support expansion of existing customers. Often, you will be the first point of contact for our prospects as you establish and manage relationships with key decision makers of qualified businesses. You will have the opportunity to leverage meetings set via our BDR team, manage and build your own pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from prospect to close. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.`


  • Identifying prospective customers and conducting research to formulate effective messaging to schedule qualified meetings
  • Brainstorm and lead new strategic initiatives as well as strategic territory planning
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Execute on a customer centric sales process, aligning to the buying process, led via deep discovery to clearly understand the goals, needs, or issues of our prospective customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our customer success team to ensure our customers are set up for success
  • Positively impacting the rest of our team


  • 5 + years of sales experience, preferably into mid market and/or enterprise
  • Your creativity pushes your solution-oriented thinking
  • You are curious, always believe in learning from others and are willing to share your learnings
  • You are passionate about empowering shift workers and believe employee engagement is critical to an organization’s success
  • You can demonstrate your experience in selling SaaS solutions with consistent results in exceeding your goals
  • You are resilient and can handle any challenges that come with rapid growth
