About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage cybersecurity startup operating at the intersection of offensive security and AI. You’ll play a key role in building our outbound motion and helping bring a first-of-its-kind platform to the enterprise market.
As an SDR at Tenzai, you’ll identify and engage senior security leaders across the US market, working closely with the Director of Sales Development, CRO and founding team. We’re looking for driven, commercially minded professionals with strong outbound experience, native-level American English and the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilites
- Own outbound prospecting into the US market - identifying, researching and engaging security leaders at target accounts.
- Managing Inbound lead flow and convert them into pipeline for sales team.
- Meeting or exceeding SDR sourced Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAO) volume targets.
- Collaborating with teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging; developing opportunities using predictive tools.
- Utilizing industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create compelling events, and develop accounts.
- Working to have a variety of touches on leads in your territory to ensure KPI attainment.
- Managing, tracking, reporting on all activities and results.
- Attending and supporting in-person events, to drive on booth conversations and build strategic pipelines.
Requirements
- Native-level American English (written and spoken)
- Experience in outbound sales / prospecting within tech or cybersecurity
- Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn and video
- Strong communication skills and a commercially minded approach
- Comfortable working US hours from Israel (Mon–Fri)
- Startup mindset - thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Advantages:
