As Director of Revenue Operations, you will lead and scale our RevOps function, overseeing end-to-end revenue operations across the go-to-market organization, reporting to our Head of Commercial Operations. This role will serve as the strategic business partner to the Chief Revenue Officer.
You will have responsibility for our pre and post-sales strategy & operations, GTM system & tools, deal desk, and sales compensation. You will also partner closely with the Sales Enablement and Data & Analytics functions which are also part of the Commercial Operations org, along with the rest of the GTM leadership and team.
This role is critical to our GTM org’s success so we are looking for someone exceptional to take on this role. That person is dedicated and driven, with a strong ownership mentality who will help us elevate how we operate as a GTM org and help us meet and exceed our ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities
- GTM Strategy & Planning: Be accountable for business planning, partnering GTM leadership, Finance, and Data teams to lead business planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Revenue Operations: Optimise our GTM processes end-to-end. From lead routing and funnel optimisation through to renewal and expansion strategies.
- Business partnership: Ensure seamless collaboration across our GTM leadership team, aligning strategic priorities and operational execution.
- Systems and Technology Management: Full ownership of the revenue tech ecosystem, from budgeting to implementation and optimisation.
- Sales Compensation: Lead and implement our sales compensation programs including quota setting, compensation plan design, spiff management, and processing.
- Team Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing RevOps team that supports all aspects of business growth and operational excellence
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience, including prior SaaS industry experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience
- Deep sales/customer success/revenue operations expertise
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, and enablement, with the ability to optimise processes, tools, and performance metrics.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and related technologies
- Startup experience (preferred)
- Technical background with SQL proficiency (preferred)
